• More than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund or free rescheduling.
• 13 to 7 days before the workshop: 80% refund or the option to free rescheduling.
• Less than 7 days before the workshop: 50% refunds or the option for free scheduling.
• Less than 72 hours: no refund, but rescheduling is possible for a fee of 25% of the workshop price.
  

Rescheduling Policy:
Participants may reschedule their workshop session up to 24 hours before the start time, subject to the fees outlined above.
Rescheduled dates are subject to availability and must be within 3 months of the original booking.
Participants are allowed to request a reschedule only once.
